With a degree in Recreation Management and concentrated studies in architecture, planning, business, hospitality, and real estate, Erik's professional experience has spanned multiple industries and disciplines. Constant to all of his endeavors has been an awareness of the importance of identifying and understanding all stakeholders' interests in any given project. His skill in gathering information through informal networks, and implementing strategies to manage issues, has resulted in numerous project approvals and sustainable relationships between proponents and communities.

A firm believer in the benefit of recognizing bio-social ecosystems, Erik focuses equally on social, cultural, environmental, and economic considerations in program development and project approval strategies.

As an Associate with the JKA Group, Erik's emphasis is in identifying opportunities to bring efficiencies, successes, and harmonious outcomes to projects ranging from company sustainability initiatives, to utility scale renewable energy developments.
